I tryed with no success to contact W P productions when my air fryer just quit working it is still under warranty the number is continually busy I called HSN which is where i purchased it after about a week they called me and informed me that the WP Production company ( Wolgang Pucks warranty service) is closed for a few weeks and when it reopens they will let me know, what the heck what kind of way is that to run a business I am very very upset this thing cost me $100 and i have only had it since April

do not buy anything from Wolfgang Puck and HSN is not any help

Same thing happened to me, I bought the air fryer 2019 and it just stopped working. Called the warranty number and received no help at all.

I called HSN no one could help me either. I will never purchase another Wolfgang puck product again

I bought a Wolfgang puck airfryer in Jan it lasted till first week of April. I have had suck a terrible run around.

The representatives of the Warranty company tell me send it in. Send an email of receipt and picture. Then we will send you a new air fryer. Not !

wrong email address twice. Searched for warranty address company .

It has the same address and wrong phone number. Omg wth.

The warranty company moved. New number is 1-86*-***-**** (M-F 8:30 am-5:00 pm EST).

|I have been waiting since October 2018 for a new airfryer. I even contacted the new warranty company number which is mentioned above.

They are no help at all. They said they got them in last week and will mail it out last week. Phoned back today and they said they are backordered. I told her you got them in stock last week and I was told I will get it last week.

They give you the run a round. They said another 2 to 3 weeks again. They said they distributed some last week. They are not distributing according to priority or the people who have waited longer.

I even talked to Corporate Office they said they could not help me.

I can't believe you are the Corporate Office and this is how you represent Wolfgang Puck. Purchased mine at the Shopping Channel in Canada and let them know what type of Company they are.

i bought mine from the shopping channel as well and the top is coming unglued but can't find who to contact about the problem,

I have the same problem. The air fryer stopped working.

When their customer service did answer they instructed me to cut off cord and send back. They were to replace within a month. I followed up several times and in November was told the โ€œfryers were on a boat due in within a weekโ€ Now that customer service is out of business. I contacted the new customer service number and they said I would have in 2 weeks but now this new number 866-444-**** is no longer answering or returning calls.

Was on hold one hour today and finally got a voice mail that hung up on me as I was leaving a message. SHAME on you Wolfgang for ripping is off!

My Airfryer broke after 3 months. I have been waiting for over 3 months for my new Airfryer.

In October I could talk to Warranty Department. Waited till middle of November and phoned them again I was told they were backordered. Phoned again end of November said they will be getting in that week and it will be sent out. Phoned again beginning of December phone everyday busy.

Phoned Corporate Office said she will look into it and get someone to call me. Waited another week phoned Warranty Department busy. Phoned Corporate Office they said they fired the person at the Warranty Department and they will be closed. Can't believe such a big company and only one person working at Warranty Department.

Corporate Office said they could not do anything more for me. I was really pissed. I explained you are the Corporate company for him and you don't help your customers.

HSN this week on January 27 was selling the Airfryer as a showstopper. I can't believe they sell thousands and I have a customer number provided by the Warranty Department and I am waiting over 3 months for mine.

You are not the only one. Ordered my Airfryer last year from the shopping network in Canada.

Broke after 3 months. Phoned Warranty Department they told me to cut cord, take picture and email the invoice to them. Middle of October checked to see if they got it they said yes. I was given a customer number and it will take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

Waited till middle of November phoned Warranty Department they said they were backordered. Waited till the end of November phoned Warranty Department they said they will be getting some in this week and it will be mailed out right away. Now the problem starts at the beginning of December phoned everyday with a busy signal. Phoned corporate office at 310-432-****.

Told the lady the Warranty Department phone is always busy. She said she would look into it and get someone to call me. Waited a week tried to phone Warranty Department still busy. Phoned Corporate Office again and asked what is going on.

She said they fired the person and they will be closed. I can't believe such a big company only has one person working there and they would close the Warranty Department down. I explained I already have a customer number and I have been waiting a long time. She said there was nothing more she could do.

I explained you are the Corporate Office for him and you can't help. I have left alot of messages at Corporate Office and she does not return calls.
